In Iraq there are several Shiite-Muslim militias maintained by Iran that are
called IMIS (Iran's Militias in Iraq and Syria). The yellow flag is used by an
unnamed IMIS unit, c. Feb. 2019. Supposedly, in 2017, IMIS was formally
incorporated into the Iraqi armed forces.
